They picked the car up and provided me a detailed evaluation of the car's mechanical condition. I ended up selling the car, but Foreign Auto Service provided professional service throughout.

Bryce Capone has been exceptional in taking great care of me and our 1996 Jaguar in one of our most stressful moments : my lady wife, Kathleen, was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism in both lungs a day after we left the car at Foreign Auto. I needed a 'loaner car' Bryce came through for us. And he answered my calls immediately with brevity and honest information.His estimates were very close to what I paid when I collected the Jaguar, in fine condition and nicely cleaned. I'm happy to say my wife is out of Jupiter Hospital and recovering at home nicely. I am able to make this objective report about Foreign Auto after 15 years dealing with Palm Beach Motors; in my last exasperating service there, I opened my trunk to find a tool kit and loose spanners on the floor ! It was a pleasure working with Brice and Ryan on the major 'Lifetime Maintenance' service on my 2009 335i with Sport Package. Knowing that I plan to keep the car for the long term they were diligent in working with me to proactively maintain this great vehicle. They are so much more satisfying than the dealer experiences that I have had primarily because I can talk directly with the Shop Owner and the Tech which is experienced, knowledgeable and observant of the car's condition with good recommendations and options. Thanks for being so flexible with our repair altenatives, you are always willing to go the extra mile to work out something accomodate the customer. Not may shops around that wil do that anymore.

This place is great- once I found it, it's the only place I go to service my BMW. The staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They don't try to upsell you stuff, instead explaining all your options, and whether you can get away with doing a cheaper repair or the benefit of going for a more expensive one. When my car broke down, they even sent a tow truck that was extremely reasonable and added the charge to my bill as I had no cash on me. They even gave me a ride home- helping turn a stressful experience into a not-so-bad one. Lastly, they can service modded cars- my car has a very low body kit and they have one of the few jacks in the palm beach gardens area that can service it. Definitely recommend!
